Estate Homes will be carefully placed on terraces cascading down the hillside. Each Estate Home will be divided into a small number of new condominium residences. The layout of the Estate Homes has been designed utilizing only 14 of the site's 45 acres to enhance the magnificent lake, golf course, village, and mountain views from the community.

Here, art and nature will triumph together, with architecture that reflects the beauty of hillside living in 15th century Florence. This guard-gated community is inspired by the grandeur of the Renaissance, with sun-washed color palettes, carved archways, and wrought-iron balconies. Trails will wind through classic Italian gardens, cypress trees, and olive groves. Views, sun, shade, and prevailing winds will all be taken into account as the structures are sited. To capture the views, there will be an abundance of glass, high ceilings, and open living spaces. Each of the one-and two-story residences will have covered verandas or patios.
